Learn about God with others. In addition to Loving God and others, we believe a person who wants to grow closer to God needs a community of other believers. There's an old saying from the 15th Century that says, "no man's an island." Romans 12:4-5 says, "For just as each of us has one body with many parts, and these parts do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each part belongs to all the others." Indeed, no man is an island! We need each other. Being around other believers will encourage you. At our church, we offer small groups that are communities of believers that are there to learn and grow with you in Christ. In these small groups, we believe we can learn God's Word and apply it to our lives.
